About the two DOR situla, one can easily notice the background colour difference between this adult and this baby. Actually in Cres babies situla tend to have (not always but very often) a beautiful yellowish background colour which tends to fade as the snake grows.

This was, anyway, a big beautiful female situla, saved from a probable death on the road, which retained at least some of the nice yellowish background colour of her childhood... :P
