Another Lacerta ID

Hi,

sorry, I´m not a Green Lizard expert, so here´s another picture.
Found it around Pili, Prespes.
I would think Lacerta viridis...

Hmm..not so sure about the male. Looks more like trilineata to me.

I agree with Ilias - seems to be the adria clade. We had a similar discussion about this female some years ago:

Yes, looks like this strange L. viridis female from Vrondero (west of Mikri Prespa), June 2008

..... but it is not the Adria clade (fide W. Mayer)!

Now I'm confused: according to Böhme et al. I expected the western Greek populations to be part of adria clade?

Mikro Limni = village at south banks of Mikri Prespa lake is not WESTERN Greece ;) ;)
