Trip Report Israel March 2018

Postby David Broek » Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:59 am

Hi all,

In March this year we went to Israel to search for herps and other species. Even though March is not known as the best period for reptiles, we still found 39 species of reptiles and 3 species of amphibians. Also other interesting species like Macqueens bustard, Steppe eagle, Arabian wolf and many others were seen.

For many pictures, species lists and stories about our adventures in Israel you can check out our website:

Cheers,
David

Great report David! I love seeing all the other species groups equally well represented and great job on finding elegantissimus ;)

What a nice species list! I liked that you also included non-herp species in the report.

Thank you guys! Good to hear you also liked the non-herps in the report. We tried to have a good balance between all those species groups, in the report and also in the field.
