Unter Steinen ziemlich häufig ist Tarentola delalandii und an Häusern findest Du gar nicht so selten eine eingeschleppte Form von Tarentola mauritanica (als Halblaie würde ich dem Aussehen nach deren Urahnen im Tunesischen vermuten).

looks also like mauritanica ;)

mauritanica: on back large scales surrounded by small ones.
delelandii: scales arranged like roofbricks.
