Toads & Grass Snake

Postby Jay Steel » Thu Mar 29, 2012 9:26 pm

Hi everyone. I found a few toads in our car park at work under a load of rubbish that had been dumped. They just had to be photographed before being released! And here is the first Grass Snake I've photographed in 2012 (Thanks to Paul Lambourne).

Those shots are great Jay!
Do you use a polarized filter?

Thanks Ilias. No, I never use a polarising filter any more. They cut out too much light for my liking. If the frog was wet then it might be a good idea to use one but I let the frog dry off a bit before I photograph it. Besides, I haven't got one that fits my lens any more.
