Is this Anguis - berus accumulation found by flipping or a "herps-ikebana"?

The photo of the female adder with five male slow worms was taken "in-situ" after lifting an artificial refugia survey tin.

Jeroen Speybroeck - Yes the slow worms were all big examples. I'd guess 12-14" each in total length so they must be pretty old.


Tomas Klacek - No, these shots were taken with just natural light. They were taken on sunny days. At this time of year the sun isn't too high in the sky even at midday so with the sun facing your subject it lights the subject quite nicely without harsh shadows.
